Fear-Driven Markets

Wow, a lot of economic fears driving the markets today. Wall Street doesn’t like the uncertainty surrounding the new stimulus package and panic has ensued. The Dow, Nasdaq, and S&P 500 were all down almost five percent at the end of the day.

I don’t think most of us want to see it, but it wouldn’t be unreasonable for anyone to think we could reach or breach the market lows of late last year.

Let’s see where investors’ fears lead us in the morning.

I just keeps getting worse, doesn’t it? Until we get a solid plan put into place and start to act, I don’t see Wall Street doing us any favors.

Have Tim G. spoke the other day, stocks plunged.

Yeah.. all these layoffs aren’t doing anything to improve the situation. It’s getting hard to keep a positive attitude about the economy.

I guess we’re just going to have to take a “wait and see” approach.
